Application of endoscopic ultrasound-guided interstitial implantation of radioactive seeds and gold fiducial markers in treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer

  • 摘要:

    胰腺癌是一种恶性程度极高的消化系肿瘤,其治疗难度高、预后差,是有待攻克的临床难题。超声内镜引导下放射性粒子植入术和金标植入术均为介入性超声内镜与放疗技术交叉领域诞生的治疗胰腺癌的创新技术,旨在实现放射线对胰腺肿瘤的集中治疗。阐述了这两种技术方法的应用及研究进展,期待未来有更多相关研究,使其在胰腺癌治疗中发挥更大的作用。
