Influence of metabolic syndrome on patients with recurrence of hypertriglyceridemic acute pancreatitis

  • 摘要:

    目的回顾性分析高脂血症胰腺炎(HTG-AP)复发患者的疾病特点并探讨代谢综合征(MetS)对复发的影响。方法回顾性纳入2013年6月-2019年12月西南医科大学附属医院收治的复发性HTG-AP患者132例(复发组),并随机抽取同期未复发性HTG-AP患者132例作为对照组(未复发组)。收集患者基础资料(年龄、性别、糖尿病、高血压、BMI)、临床资料(病因学、血常规、生化检查结果)及并发症情况[全身性炎症反应综合征(SIRS)、急性胰周液体聚集(APFC)、急性胰周坏死物聚集(ANC)、急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)、急性肾衰竭(ARF)、多器官功能衰竭(MODS)及ICU入住率等]。符合正态分布的计量资料两组间比较采用t检验;不符合正态分布的计量资料两组间比较采用Mann-Whitney U检验。计数资料两组间比较采用χ2检验或Fisher精确检验。采用logistic回归分析影响复发的独立危险因素,受试者工作特征曲线验证变量的诊断价值。结果复发组患者合并MetS、肥胖、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)<1 mmol/L、发生ANC的比例,以及血糖、C反应...
