<正>1病例资料患者男性,65岁,因"皮肤巩膜黄染伴瘙痒20余天"于2019年4月1日入本院,患者于20天前无明显诱因出现皮肤巩膜黄染伴瘙痒,偶有腹痛,食欲减退。入院检查:ALT 477 U/L,AST 251 U/L,TBil 79.32μmol/L,DBil 61.58μmol/L,CA19-958.15 U/ml,Ig G4> 3.65 g/L,Ig M 0.28 g/L,Ig G 17.10 g/L,
