Application of bacteriophage technique in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease

  • 摘要:

    酒精性肝炎是一种严重的酒精相关性肝病,病死率高达40%。最近的一项研究揭示了分泌外毒素(溶细胞素)的肠道细菌粪肠球菌是导致酒精性肝炎的关键因素,可以用噬菌体消除粪肠球菌。因此利用噬菌体治疗酒精性肝炎为临床医师提供了新的治疗方案。介绍这项开创性研究的同时,还进一步介绍了有关噬菌体和溶细胞素的相关知识,为酒精性肝炎的临床研究提供理论基础。
