Application of minimally invasive integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy based on the SELECT concept in the diagnosis and treatment of biliary and pancreatic tumors

  • 摘要:

    在消化系统恶性肿瘤中,相较于胃肠道肿瘤,胆胰肿瘤早期诊断更加困难,手术根治性切除的机会更少,患者存活时间更短,生活质量更差,其临床诊断和治疗一直是亟待解决的难题。SELECT理念是根据胆胰肿瘤的不同部位及特点,选用最优化的多镜组合(腹腔镜、胆道镜、十二指肠镜、胆胰子镜、超声内镜)微创治疗方式,围手术期结合中医药治疗,以期达到疾病的早期诊断、早期治疗,延长患者带瘤存活期,提高生活质量,力争实现治愈肿瘤的目标。
