Change and clinical significance of T helper 9 cells in previously untreated patients with chronic hepatitis C

  • 摘要:

    目的观察辅助性T淋巴细胞9(Th9)、IL-9及相关转录因子在慢性丙型肝炎初治患者中的变化,评估与临床指标的相关性。方法选取2018年12月-2019年7月于海南省人民医院就诊的慢性丙型肝炎初治患者29例和健康对照者15例,慢性丙型肝炎患者接受索磷布韦/维帕他韦抗病毒治疗12周,分离血浆和外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)。流式细胞术检测PBMC中CD3+CD4+IL-9+的Th9比例,ELISA检测血浆中IL-9水平,实时定量PCR法检测PBMC中IL-9和转录因子PU. 1、Foxo1的mRNA相对表达量。两组间比较采用t检验或配对t检验,采用Pearson检验进行相关性分析。结果慢性丙型肝炎初治患者外周血Th9比例明显低于健康对照者(0. 92%±0. 14%vs 1. 14%±0. 21%,t=4. 31,P<0. 001),血浆IL-9水平亦明显低于健康对照者[(248. 27±66. 97) pg/ml vs (309. 02±88. 48) pg/ml,t=2. 63,P=0. 012]。慢性丙型肝炎初治患者PBMC中IL-9和PU. 1 mRNA相对表达量均明显低于健...
