Role of zinc finger proteins in the development and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma

肝细胞癌发生发展机制复杂,目前尚未完全阐明。锌指蛋白家族是人类基因组中最大的转录因子家族,目前越来越多的证据显示了这种潜力锌指蛋白在肝细胞癌发生发展中发挥重要作用,并有望成为肝细胞癌新的肿瘤生物标志物和治疗靶点。现就锌指蛋白家族的结构与生物学功能及其在肝细胞癌中的作用和相关调控机制进行综述。
Abstract:There are complex mechanisms in the development and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma,which have not been fully clarified at present. Zinc finger protein family is the largest transcription factor family in human genome,and more and more evidence has shown that zinc finger proteins play an important role in the development and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma and are expected to become new tumor biomarkers and therapeutic targets for hepatocellular carcinoma. This article reviews the structure and biological functions of zinc finger proteins and their role and regulatory mechanisms in hepatocellular carcinoma.
