  • 摘要:

    肝细胞癌发生发展机制复杂,目前尚未完全阐明。锌指蛋白家族是人类基因组中最大的转录因子家族,目前越来越多的证据显示了这种潜力锌指蛋白在肝细胞癌发生发展中发挥重要作用,并有望成为肝细胞癌新的肿瘤生物标志物和治疗靶点。现就锌指蛋白家族的结构与生物学功能及其在肝细胞癌中的作用和相关调控机制进行综述。
