Influence of glucose metabolism disorder on complications associated with liver cirrhosis

  • 摘要: 糖尿病与肝硬化在全球范围内均有较高的发病率及死亡率,近十年国内外学者对两者的相关性作了大量研究。系统综述了近十年国内外在糖尿病对肝硬化及相关并发症影响方面的基础和临床研究进展,并对其可能的机制进行了总结。结果表明糖尿病可加速肝纤维化进程,增加肝硬化患者相关并发症及其进展为肝癌的风险,降低其生存率。
