  • 摘要: 肝细胞癌(HCC)是我国第二大疾病相关死亡原因,严重威胁着居民健康。近年研究证明中医药在HCC综合治疗中发挥了重要作用。槐耳制剂现已被推荐用于HCC的治疗,其作用机制包括抑制血管生成、抑制HCC细胞增殖、抑制侵袭与转移、诱导细胞凋亡、调节免疫功能等。本文总结了槐耳抗HCC机理研究和槐耳颗粒在临床中的应用进展,以期为后续研究和临床治疗提供参考。
