  • 摘要: 微小RNA-200c(miR-200c)是一类非编码小分子RNA,参与基因转录后水平调控,与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。本文介绍了miR-200c对胰腺癌侵袭和转移的抑制作用,及其在胰腺癌的早期诊断、预后判断等方面的临床应用价值,提示miR-200c可作为抑癌基因及有效分子标志物和未来临床研究重点。
