摘要

摘要: 布加综合征是一种由肝静脉流出道梗阻引起的的少见疾病，机体高凝状态是常见的病因，影像学检查是明确诊断的常用手段，目前的治疗以抗凝和血管成形为主。本文就布加综合征的临床表现、诊断及治疗现状等进行总结。

Abstract: Budd-Chiari syndrome is an uncommon disease due to hepatic venous outflow obstruction, and hypercoagulability of the body is the main etiology of this disease. At present, radiological examination is commonly used to make a confirmed diagnosis, and anticoagulant therapy and angioplasty are the main treatment methods. This article summarizes the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment of Budd-Chiari syndrome.
