  • 摘要: 隐源性肝硬化,又称不明原因肝硬化,是指部分患者难以用目前已知的病因解释的肝硬化,临床上约占所有肝硬化的5%~10%。本文就隐源性肝硬化的病因、临床特点、结局等临床流行病学特点及其病理学特征的研究进展进行综述,旨在扩展临床诊治思维、帮助临床诊断。
