  • 摘要: 肝细胞是高度极化的细胞。肝细胞极性的建立和维持对肝细胞的诸多功能至关重要。肝细胞极性的动态稳定与诸多因素相关,包括细胞间连接、极性蛋白复合体以及多个信号通路。当极性受到破坏,肝细胞功能往往出现异常,最终可能导致各类肝脏疾病的发生。目前,关于肝细胞极性调控相关研究仍然较少,多种关键因素尚未得到完全阐明。本文简要介绍了近年来肝细胞极性调控相关研究进展。
