  • 摘要: HDV感染的流行率和危害程度一直被低估,低筛查率和低诊断率或带来严重疾病负担。HDV RNA作为病毒复制的直接证据,对于丁型肝炎的诊断和管理具有重要意义。本文总结了HDV RNA检测的临床意义,并介绍了检测方法的进展,以期促进丁型肝炎的筛查和诊断。
