注：a，治疗前肝穿刺活检：肝腺泡结构紊乱，肝小叶中央静脉周围Ⅲ带及Ⅱ带肝窦高度扩张及淤血，Ⅲ带大部分肝细胞萎缩、消失；b，治疗后肝穿刺活检：肝腺泡结构大致维持正常，肝细胞弥漫水样变性，肝窦不规则扩张。
