  • 摘要: HDV感染导致的丁型肝炎是最严重的肝炎类型。由于缺乏精准HDV RNA检测方法,HDV的流行率被严重低估。HDV RNA是诊断HDV感染的金标准,在HDV的诊断、筛查和指导治疗方面具有重要意义。但因HDV基因型多、二级结构牢固,导致HDV RNA检测困难。本文就HDV RNA诊断方法的进展进行综述,阐述了HDV RNA检测方法从定性到定量检测的进展,为了解HDV RNA检测重要意义以及促进HDV RNA检测新方法的研发提供新思路。
