The Present State of Viral Hepatitis of Pregnancy in Nanjing Region

摘要: 为探讨妊娠期病毒性肝炎 (VHP)的严重性 ,特比较 2 30例VHP和 89例生育期女性非妊娠肝炎(nVHP)的临床和部分病理资料 ,结果VHP组症状 ,肝脾肿大率、主要肝功参数和肝组织学改变均轻于nVHP组 (P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 0 1)VHP组病死率 (0 .87% )也略低于nVHP组 (2 .2 4% ) ,揭示南京地区近年来VHP病情较轻 ,治疗无需按传统观念提高一个级别 ;另妊妇感染HEV后是否重症化主要取决于社会经济条件。Abstract: To evaluate the severity of viral hepatitis of pregnancy (VHP) , a comparative study between 230 cases of VHP and 89cases of viral hepatitis of non pregnant women (nVHP) was performed.It was showed that the symptoms, hepato splenomegaly, liverfunctional tests and hepatohistologic changes were milder in VHP group than those in n VHP group (including infected by HEV) .It was suggested that in Nanjing Region there is no need to treat VHP with elevated grade from nVHP;The determinant factor of prognosis of VHP is social economic conditions.
