A Study on the relationship between HCV infection and p53 and p21WAF1/CIP1 aberrant expression in primary cholangiocellular carcinoma

摘要: 为探讨丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV)感染与p5 3和 p2 1WAF— /CIP1基因的关系。采用免疫组化技术对 2 9例原发性肝胆管癌中HCV抗原 (NS5-Ag)、p5 3和 p2 1WAF1/CIP1蛋白表达进行研究。结果 :2 9例胆管癌中NS5-Ag、p5 3及p2 1WAF1/CIP1蛋白表达进行研究。结果 :2 9例胆管癌中NS5-Ag、p5 3及 p2 1WAF1/CIP1的阳性率分别为 5 1.7% (15 /2 9) ,48.3% (14/ 2 9)和 72 .4% (2 1/ 2 9)。NS5-Ag阳性与阴性组间 p5 3和 p2 1WAF1/CIP1的表达有明显差异 (p <0 .0 5 )。结论 :p5 3和 p2 1WAF1/CIP1基因可能参与胆管上皮的癌变过程 ,p5 3和 p2 1WAF1/CIP1表达异常与HCV感染有一定关系。

Abstract: Aim to study the relationship between HCV infection and p53 and p21 WAF1/CIP1 gene and hepatic cholangiocarcinoma genesis.HCV NS 5 antigen, p53 and p21 WAF1/CIP1 gene expression in 29 cases of primary hepatic cholangiocarcinoma (PHC) were detected using immunohistochemistry technique.Results:15 cases (51.7%) were positive for HCV NS5 antigen and 14 cases (48.3%) for p53 and 21 cases (72.45) for p21 WAF1/CIP1 in 29 cases of PHC respectively.In 15 HCV NS5 positive cases 11 cases and 15 cases were positive for p53 and p21 WAF1/CIP1 respectively;In 14 HCV NS5 negaive cases, 3 cases and 6 cases were positive for p53 and p21 WAF1/CIP1 respectively.There were statistically differences between them (P<0.05) .Conclusion:p53 and p21 WAF1/CIP1 may involved in carcinomagenesis of bile duct epithelium.HCV infection may have a clear effect on p53 and 21 WAF1/CIP1 protein expression.-
