The Primary Observation On The Level of Plasma Neuropeptide Y In Hepatic Cirrhosis

摘要: 为观察肝炎肝硬化患者的血浆神经肽Y水平 ,采用放射免疫法检测了 5 6例肝炎肝硬化患者血浆神经肽Y浓度。结果显示 ,所测患者神经肽Y浓度均高于正常人 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1)。伴有腹水者显著高于无腹水者 ,腹水经治疗消失后 ,神经肽Y浓度下降 ,但仍高于正常人 ;神经肽Y血浆水平与肝功能分级亦有相关性 ,提示神经肽Y在肝硬化及其某些并发症发生过程中可能起作用Abstract: WT5”BZ]To observe the levels of plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY) in hepatic cirrhosis (HC) , Radio-immunoassay was used to detect the plasma NPY level in 56 patients with HC Results:plasma NPY levels were greatly higher in HC patients than in healthy people[ (179 67+40 22) ng/L vs (132 19+25 07) ng/L], and plasma NPY levels were increased when hepatisis became more severe, and they were higher in the patients with ascites than in those without ascites NPY may be involved in the pathogenesis of HC, and plasma NPY levels might be taken as a prognostic marker in patients with HC [WT5”HZ]
