The effect of TAD to the ability of antioxidant with the cirrhosis

摘要: 研究泰特对肝硬化患者抗氧化能力的影响。选择 6 0例肝硬化患者 ,分别使用泰特及肌苷治疗 ,观测治疗前后红细胞谷胱甘肽及丙二醛的含量变化。结果 :肝硬化组谷胱甘肽含量比正常组显著降低 ,丙二醛含量显著升高 ;治疗后谷胱甘肽含量明显上升 ,丙二醛含量明显下降 ,且二治疗组间谷胱甘肽含量有显著差异 ,而丙二醛含量无差异。结论 :肝硬化患者抗氧化能力降低 ,泰特能提高肝硬化患者抗氧化能力Abstract: WT5”BZ] Objective:To value the effect of TAD to the ability of antioxidant with the cirrhosis Sixty patients with cirrhosis were respectively treated with TAD and inesine The measure of the glutathione (GSH) and malonaldehyde (MDA) in the erythrocyte was made after 2 weeks Results:The content of GSH in patients erythrocyte was lower than that in normal erythrocyte (204 72±28 09) g/l and (334 10±5 00) g/l;the lever of MDA in the patients erythrocyte was higher than that in normal erythrocyte (10 38±1 69) nmol/ml and (6 38±0 07) nmol/ml;After treatment, the content of the GSH increased (297 10±19 99) g/L and (230 43±51 8) g/L and that of MDA decreased (8 63±2 01) nmol/ml and (9 27±1 49) nmol/ml There is significantly difference in the lever of GSH between the two treatments with TAD and with Inosine (P<0 01) but there is no difference in MDA between two treatments conclusion:The ability of antioxidant is lower in cirrhosis patients and TAD can improve the ability of antioxidant [WT5”HZ]
