Study of Intestinal Metaplasia in Chronic Cholecytitis

摘要: 探讨慢性胆囊炎肠上皮化生的发生率、类型及其与胆囊结石和不典型增生的关系。对 1339例慢性胆囊炎组织中肠上皮化生和不典型增生的发生率分别为 39 96 %和 0 97% ;慢性胆囊炎的肠上皮化生至少可以分为结肠型、小肠型和混合型三种 ;肠上皮化生尤其是结肠型与不典型增生有密切的关系 ;肠上皮化生和不典型增生与有无合并胆囊结石无关。慢性胆囊炎的肠上皮化生尤其是结肠型肠上皮化生可能与胆囊癌的发生有密切关系Abstract: WT5”BZ]To study the rate and type of intestinal metaplasia, and the relationship between intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia in lithiasis and chronic cholecystitis 1339 cases were studied for intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasis through routine staining (HE) and 78 cases were studied for intestinal metaplasia through histochemical staining (AB, pH=1 0) Rates of intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasm were 39 96% and 0 97% in 1339 cases of chronic cholecystitis:the intestinal metaplasia in chronic cholecystitis may be classified as three types:colonic type, small intestinal type and combined type;intestinal metaplasia, especially the colonic type, was related with atypical hyperplasm;no relationship was found between intestinal metaplasia, atypical hyperplasia and lithiasis Instestinal metaplasia in chronic cholecystitis, especially the colonic type, may be related closely with carcinogenesis in the gallbladder [WT5”HZ]
