The effect of Kangxianruanjian on TGF β1 and it's the recepters in liver fibrosis in rats

摘要: 观察抗纤软坚冲剂对转化生长因子 β1及其受体的影响。采用四氯化碳和小牛血清白蛋白建立大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,通过病理细胞学、免疫组化及图像分析等方法 ,证明抗纤软坚冲剂能明显抑制肝纤维化大鼠的肝星状细胞与转化生长因子 β1及其受体。其机理可能是通过抑制肝星状细胞的活化进而减少了转化生长因子 β1及其受体的表达。

Abstract: To investigate the effect on TGF β1 and the receptors of TGF β1 controlled by KANGXIANRUANJIAN and the effect on anti-fibrosis with the theory. As an animal experiment, a fibrosis model of rats with carbon tetrachloride and bovine serum albumin was made. The effect on anti-fibrosis was determined by pathologic cytology, immune histochemistry and image analysis. KANGXIANRUANJIAN could inhibit HSCs, TGF β1 and the receptors of TGF β1 in the fibrosis model of rats. KANGXIANRUANJIAN could affect in the fibrosis model of rats. The reason may be that the activity of HSCs is inhibited so that TGF β1 and the receptors of TGF β1 are decreased.-
