Observation on the effect of α-2b interferon and ribavirin and thymus peptide joint treatment for the 30 patients with chronic hepatitis C.

摘要

摘要: 应用α - 2b干扰素、病毒唑、胸腺肽三联治疗慢性丙型肝炎 30例 ,并与α - 2b干扰素、病毒唑二联治疗 30例慢性丙型肝炎疗效做对比观察。结果显示三联治疗组患者ALT持续复常率显著高于二联组（P <0 .0 1） ,三联组HCVRNA持续转阴率显著高于二联组（P <0 0 5 ） ,三联组治疗期间 ,血色素下降、厌食、体重减轻等副反应发生率显著低于二联组 ;三联治疗能提高对慢性丙型肝炎的治疗效果。

Abstract: Applied the α-2b interferon and ribavirin and thymus peptide in triad treatment for 30 patients with chronic Hepatitis C, and made a matched observation with the α-2b interferon and ribavirin in bi-treatment for them.The result manifest:the ALT normal-recovery rate was notably the group with triad treatment higher than that of the group with bi-treatment (P<0.01) , the HCVRNA met-negative rate the group with triad treatment was notably higher than that of the bi-treatment group.During the period with triad treatment, the side effects (the descent of hemochrome, anorexia, body weight loss, etc) were lower than those of the bi-treatment group.The triad treatment can improve the treatment effect for the chronic hepatitis C.
