Elastase mRNA expression of hepatic cells

摘要: 探讨肝脏组织细胞弹力蛋白酶mRNA的表达。克隆成地高辛素标记的大鼠胰腺丝氨酸弹力蛋白酶RNA探针 ,并以此进行原位杂交。多数肝细胞的胞浆内有弹力蛋白酶mRNA的表达 ,其强度因小叶内肝细胞部位的不同而有所差异。组成肝窦窦壁的内皮细胞以及其他细胞也有弹力蛋白酶mRNA的表达。从形态学证实肝脏细胞有弹力蛋白酶mRNA的表达 ,丝氨酸弹力蛋白酶有可能参与肝纤维化细胞外基质代谢Abstract: To investigate elastase mRNA expression of hepatocyte. The probe of rat pancreatic elastase Ⅱ marked by digoxigenin was cloned. The expression of hepatic elastase mRNA was observed by in situ hybridization. The expression of elastase mRNA was found in most hepatic cytoplasm. The level of its expression varies in different hepatocytes situated in the same liver lobule. In endotheliocyte and other cells of hepatic sinusoid, the expression of elastase mRNA was also discovered. It is a new discovery to prove the expression of hepatocyte elastase mRNA from morphology. It can be infered that it is related to metabolism of hepatic ground substance. It may be of value to study the development and degradation of hepatic fiber.
