Application of determination of serum Alanine Aminopeptidase to diagnosis of liver and biliary tract diseases

摘要: 为观察血清丙氨酸氨基肽酶（AAP）水平对肝胆疾病的临床诊断价值。用自动分析仪速率法测定 2 2 9名肝胆疾病患者和 70名健康人血清AAP活力。结果显示肝癌、各类肝炎、胆道阻塞病人血清AAP活力明显高于健康对照组（P <0 0 1） ,且与γ -谷氨酰转肽酶（γ -GT）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）活力呈正相关 ;与血清总胆红素（T -Bil）、丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）不存在明显相关性。结论 :在肝胆疾病诊断中 ,AAP较其它肝功能指标更具灵敏的特异性指标

Abstract: To study the diagnostic value of serum alanine aminopeptidase (AAP) activity in both liver and biliary tract diseases. An automated assay was used to analyse serum AAP activities of 229 patients with hepatobiliary diseases and 70 normal individuals. The serum AAP levels of patients with liver cancer, chronic hapatitis and biliary obstruction were significantly higher than that of normal controls ( P<0 01) . There were positive correlation between serum AAP level and that of γ-GT?ALP and had no correlation with the T-Bil, ALT. The specifity of AAP for the diagnosis of hepatobiliary diseases was better than that of other indicator. Serum AAP is a sensitive and specific indicator for diagnosis of hepatobiliary diseases.
