Correlation between HBV DNA expression and hepatic fibrosis

摘要: 探讨HBVDNA的表达与肝纤维化形成的相关性。应用荧光定量PCR技术测定 2 0 0例乙肝患者和 4 9名健康对照组的血清HBVDNA ,同时用放免法检测层粘连蛋白 (LN)、透明质酸 (HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原 (PⅢ )、Ⅳ型胶原 (Ⅳ .C)水平。HBVDNA表达阳性组LN、HA、PⅢ、Ⅳ .C的含量〔(16 4 8± 5 6 1)、(16 6 1± 78 0 )、(15 3 5± 6 0 7)、(92 1±2 9 9) μg/L〕显著高于HBVDNA阴性组〔(110 9± 2 9 8)、(82 1± 2 4 7)、(91 9± 2 9 2 )、(5 9 5± 14 3) μg/L〕(P <0 0 0 1)和健康对照组〔(10 4 9± 16 3)、(6 8 0± 2 7 6 )、(76 3± 2 1 3)、(5 4 3± 7 8) μg/L〕(P <0 0 0 1)。HBVDNA阳性组中 ,上述四项指标随着HBVDNA含量升高而递增。动态观察 2 8例乙肝患者随着治疗过程HBVDNA浓度下降 ,LN、HA、PⅢ、Ⅳ .C的含量明显递减。HBV...Abstract: To study the relation between HBV DNA expression and hepatic fibrosis. The content of serum HBV DNA was measured by PCR-Fluorescence quantity in 200 hepatitis B and in 49 controls, The serum Levels of LN?HA?PⅢ and Ⅳ.C were also measured by RIA. The levels of LN?HA?PⅢ and Ⅳ.C in group of HBV DNA positive expression were (164 8±56 1) μg/l? (166 1±78 0) μg/l? (153 5±60 7) μg/l? (92 1±29 9) ug/L respectively, which were significantly higher than those in group of HBV DNA negative expression 〔 (110 9±29 8) μg/l, (82 1±24 7) μg/l, (91 9±29 2) μg/l, (59 5±14 3) μg/l〕 ( P <0 001) and those in controls 〔 (104 9±16 3) μg/l, (68 0±27 6) μg/l, (76 3±21 3) μg/l, (54 3±7 8) μg/l〕 ( P <0 001) .Levels of the four indexes in the positive group increased with the increasing HBV DNA concentration and decreased with the decreasing HBV DNA during dynamic observation lamivudine treatment of 28 hepatitis B. HBV DNA positive expression was closely related with formatiom of hepatic fibrosis.
