摘要: 探讨慢性肝炎及肝细胞肝癌组织中CD86表达与临床的关系。采用免疫荧光方法检测 10 0例慢性肝炎及肝细胞肝癌组织中CD86的表达。肝癌组织中肝细胞CD86表达明显低于肝炎组织。CD86表达缺失可引起肝癌细胞的免疫逃逸Abstract: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CD86 in chronic hepatitis and hepatoma. The specimens of 100 cases were examined by immunofluorescence. CD86 expression in the hepatitis occurred more frequently than that in hepatoma. ( P<0 005) . The deletion of CD86 in malignant hepatocytes can cause its immune sneaking through.
