摘要: 检测慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子 - 1（sICAM - 1）、白细胞介素 18（IL - 18）水平 ,探讨sICAM - 1、IL - 18变化规律及临床意义。采用ELISA法对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清sICAM - 1、IL - 18水平进行测定。慢性乙型肝炎患者血清sICAM - 1、IL - 18水平明显高于健康对照组 ;且二者呈正相关。sICAM - 1、IL - 18可能参与慢性肝炎的损伤过程

Abstract: To investigate the changes and clinical significances of serum sICAM-1 and IL-18 levels in the patients with chronic hepatitis B. The sICAM-1 and IL-18 levels in serum of the patients with chronic hepatitis B were detected by ELISA. The sICAM-1 and IL-18 levels were significantly higher than those of healthy groups. Moreover, there was a close positive correlation between sICAM-1 and IL-18. The sICAM-1 and IL-18 may participate in liver inflammatory injury process.
