The effects of daifansan on memberane fluidity of estrogen-induced intrahepatic cholestasis in rats

摘要: 观察黛矾散及其各组分对雌激素苯甲酸雌二醇 (EB)诱导的大鼠肝内胆汁淤积模型肝细胞膜流动性的影响。采用DPH荧光探针技术测定EB复制雌激素性肝内胆汁淤积模型肝细胞亚膜 (窦膜和毛细胆管膜 )流动性的变化。结果表明 :雌激素所致肝内胆汁淤积中 ,实验大鼠肝细胞窦膜、毛细胆管膜流动性明显降低 ,经口投予黛矾散及其组分明矾和青黛后 ,均可不同程度拮抗雌激素所致膜流动性的降低 ,且黛矾散的作用优于单用明矾或青黛的作用 ,而明矾的作用又优于青黛Abstract: To observe the effect of Daifansan and its components to rat's hypatocyte memberane fluidity of intrahepatic cholestasis induced by estradio benzate (EB) . Use EB to replicate cholestasis model and observe the effect of Daifansan and its components to the hypatocyte sub-membrane (hypoctocyte sinus membrane and bile capillaries membrane) fluidity of the rats. The results show that rat's hypatocyte memberane fluidity of intrahepatic cholestasis all go down obviously and go up in different degree after given with Daifansan and its components Mingfan and Qingdai. Mean while the function of Daifansan is superior to that of Mingfan or Qingdai singly, and Mingfan is superior to Qingdai. It seems that Mingfan and Qingdaican work in coordination.
