Detection of hepatitis B virus in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and liver tissue of patients with hetatitis B

摘要: 用PCR方法对14 8例乙肝患者的肝组织及外周血单个核细胞HBVDNA进行检测,同时对肝组织进行病理组织学诊断。结果显示:14 8例乙肝患者的肝组织与PBMC内HBVDNA的检出率有一致性倾向,PBMC内HBVDNA的检出率与肝组织的损害程度呈正相关。Abstract: To study the infection states of the HBV DNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cel ls and liver tissue of patients with hepatitis B, the damage of the liver tissue is detected by pathology.The result showed that HBV DNA positive rate in the liv er tissue was identical tendency with the infection rate of HBV DNA in PBMC.The HBV DNA positive rate in PBMC was going higher along with the damage of the live r tissue.
