The change and significance of soluble HLA class I antigen level in treatment of chronic hepatitis B with IFN-α

摘要: 测定可溶性HLA -I类抗原的含量在干扰素-α治疗慢性乙型肝炎中的变化,并分析其意义。血清可溶性HLA -I类抗原的含量用夹心ELISA方法测定。治疗第8周,完全反应组患者可溶性HLA -I类抗原的含量显著高于治疗前的水平;治疗第16周和第2 4周,可溶性HLA -I类抗原的含量均显著低于治疗前。部分反应组和无反应组在治疗过程中可溶性HLA -I类抗原的含量与治疗前相比无显著变化。可溶性HLA -I类抗原含量的变化反映了慢性乙型肝炎治疗中患者免疫功能受到调节。

Abstract: To explore the change and significance of soluble HLA-I antigen level in treatme n t of chronic hepatitis B with IFN-α.CHB patients were treated with IFN-α.Solub le HLA-I antigens were detected with sandwich ELISA.Soluble HLA-I antigen levels in 41 full responders increased significantly after eight weeks treatment, but d ecreased significantly treated for 16 weeks and 24 weeks.While in partial respon ders and nonresponders concentrations of soluble HLA-I antigen did not change ob viously.Soluble HLA-I antigen levels may reflect the modulation of the patient s immune function through CHB treatment.-
