Abstract:
Objective To develop a diagnostic model comprising ultrasonic and serum markers of fibrosis, reflect the severity of hepatic injury with non-invasive measure. Methods Patients with chronic hepatitis B or liver cirrhosis were selected;fourteen variables about ultrasonic and serum markers associated with liver fibrosis were performed and analyzed initially, then we developed a diagnostic model and confirmed the diagnostic point with ROC curve. Results In the model of mild fibrosis, the AUC was 0.909;the specificity was 90.6% and the sensitive was 82.9%.In the model about S4, the AUC was 0.943;the specificity was 89.0% and the sensitive was 88.4%.After taking the variables into the model one and two, the diagnosis efficacy respectively was 88.1% and 88.8%.Conclusion Ultrasonography and fibrosis parameters is valuable in determining the degree of hepatic fibrosis, it may be gradually applied in diagnosing liver fibrosis by replacing the invasive examination in a certain extent.
