Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between clinical and liver pathological characteristics in patients infected with hepatitis B virus (HBV) and to provide a reliable basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods 97 cases of patients with chronic HBV infection (chronic HBV carriers/ chronic hepatitis B) were collected.Analysis of clinical diagnosis, liver biopsy diagnosis and immunohistochemical test were performed in all cases. Results 55 cases of chronic HBV carriers showed different degrees of inflammation (G) or fibrosis (S) : S0 56.3%, S1 38.1%, S2 3.6%, S4 0%, G0 50.9%, G1 41.8%, G2 5.5%, G3 1.8%, G4 0%.The degree of liver inflammation and fibrosis in patients of 30-40 age group was sever than the other two groups.HBsAg was negative in 6 patients with chronic HBV infection and HBcAg was negative in 7 patients with chronic hepatitis HBV infection by immunohistochemical test. Conclusion chronic HBV carriers and patients with mild chronic hepatitis different degrees of liver inflammation and fibrosis was observed in and active intervention.Pathologic diagnosis by liver biopsy diagnosis provides significant help for clinical diagnosis and treatment, but there are certain limitations.
