摘要: 临床流行病学资料显示肝纤维的发生存在有显著性别差异。研究证实,雌激素通过雌激素受体信号通路直接参与调控肝纤维化的发生。结缔组织生长因子是一种重要的肝纤维化发生相关细胞生长因子,其可能作为雌激素受体共调节因子,直接调控肝纤维化的发生。

Abstract: There is significant difference between male and female in the pathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis by many clinical epidemiology's data.It was proved that estrogen played an important role through the signal transduction of estrogen receptors.Connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) was found to be related with liver fibrosis.As an important cofactors of estrogen receptor signaling, CTGF could directly regulate the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis.
