Research advances in Huai'er granules combined with transarterial chemoembolization in treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma

  • 摘要: 肝细胞癌起病隐匿,发现时多数已失去手术机会,主要采用经肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)姑息治疗。然而反复TACE会导致缺氧诱导因子1(HIF-1)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)高表达、肝损伤、免疫功能降低,远期疗效并不理想,槐耳颗粒的引入有望改变这一现状。槐耳颗粒通过阻滞细胞周期、诱导细胞凋亡、抑制细胞增殖与侵袭、阻断乙型肝炎-肝细胞癌途径发挥抗肿瘤作用,同时,槐耳颗粒作为肝细胞癌辅助用药在多方面弥补TACE的不足之处,有效抑制HIF-1α及VEGF高表达、改善肝损伤、提高免疫力、增强化疗药效果并逆转耐药。槐耳颗粒与TACE联合治疗肝细胞癌优势显著,两者协同作用提高了抗肿瘤疗效及近、远期生存率。
