<正>肝脏肿瘤热消融是指通过热效应原位灭活肝脏肿瘤的局部治疗方法,包括射频消融（radiofrequency ablation,RFA）、微波消融（microwave ablation,MWA）、冷冻消融（cryoablation,Cryo-A）、激光消融（laser ablation,LA）、超声消融（ultrasound ablation,UA）等。多在影像引导下经皮穿刺实施,具有操作简便、微创、精准、疗效确切等优点,也可在腹腔镜下或开放术中完成,临床应用日益广泛。肿瘤消融在我国
