摘要: <正>肝内胆管错构瘤是肝脏瘤样病变的一种,其合并慢性乙型肝炎的情况在临床非常少见,了解此类疾病的临床及影像学特点有助于与肝内其他弥漫性病变的鉴别,提高对该病的认识,减少误诊或漏诊。下面就本院诊治的慢性乙型肝炎合并肝内胆管错构瘤1例报道如下。1病例资料患者男性,52岁,主诉发现HBsAg阳性28年,间断乏力、
