A case of hepatitis B cirrhosis with hepatic amyloidosis

摘要

摘要: <正>淀粉样变性,又称淀粉样物质沉积症,沉积物可压迫或破坏局部组织而导致脏器衰竭,常累及肾、肝、心脏、脑等,发生于肝脏者为肝淀粉样变性[1]。目前,肝穿刺活组织检查为该病的唯一确诊方案,但其为有创检查,不易为患者所接受。现就本院收治的1例乙型肝炎合并肝淀粉样变性患者的资料进行分析,以期为该病的早期诊断提供依据。
