摘要: <正>慢性活动性EB病毒(EBV)感染主要表现为反复发作的传染性单核细胞增多症样症状,可伴有嗜血细胞综合征、肺间质病变、恶性淋巴瘤等少见的并发症。组织细胞增生性坏死性淋巴结炎是以持续性高热、区域性浅表淋巴结肿大为主要表现的非感染性、非特异性自限免疫性疾病。慢性活动性EBV感染合并组织细胞增生性坏死性淋巴结炎比较少见,现报道如下。
