Role of the nuclear factor-kappa B signaling pathway on the progress of hepatic fibrosis and the anti-fibrotic mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine

  • 摘要: 核因子-κB(NF-κB)可以通过调控基因表达,在细胞存活、生长、增殖、活化、凋亡等多种生理和病理过程中起着重要作用,尤其在肝纤维化进展中,NF-κB信号通路发挥重要调节作用。对NF-κB的结构与功能,目前有关NF-κB在参与肝纤维化进展中,对肝细胞、Kupffer细胞、肝星状细胞的调节,以及中药通过调控NF-κB通路活性发挥抗肝纤维化作用的机制作一综述。揭示了相关疾病条件下,NF-κB与多个细胞之间复杂的相互作用机制,突出中药抑制NF-κB的活性从而减轻肝纤维化这一潜在的临床意义。
