Misdiagnosis of liver abscess with actinomycosis as liver cancer: A case report and literature review

摘要: <正>放线菌病是由放线菌引起的慢性化脓性肉芽肿性疾病,以多发脓肿和窦道、瘘管为特征,临床极为少见。因临床医师对放线菌病认识不足,易导致误诊、误治。目前查阅肝放线菌病的病例国内仅有10余例报道,其中2例为小儿肝放线菌病。本文通过分析1例肝放线菌病患者资料及国内外相关报道,以期提高对该病的认识。1病例资料患者男性,52岁,务农。因"厌食、乏力1个月,皮肤黄、眼黄、尿黄,伴瘙痒,下腹闷痛2 d"于2017年10月30日就诊本
