Misdiagnosis of pancreatic divisum in children: A case report

摘要: <正>1病例资料患者女性,9岁,因"反复上腹部隐痛4年,加重3 d"就诊于本院。该患者4年前无明显诱因出现上腹痛症状,于当地医院诊断为"急性胰腺炎",给予对症治疗后缓解,出院后严格控制饮食,胰腺炎仍反复发作,每次间隔3~11个月。曾就诊于某医院,磁共振胰胆管造影(MRCP)检查提示慢性胰腺炎、胰管扩张,行内镜下十二指肠Oddis括约肌切开,术后患者症状缓解欠佳。2016年7月患者就诊于北京某医院,诊断为"慢性
