摘要

摘要: 肝组织病理学检查是肝损伤性疾病病因诊断的重要手段,肝病病理改变表现为"一因多果"和"多因一果",需要临床和病理密切结合才能正确诊断。临床医师掌握肝组织病理的基本知识,不仅可以提高对疾病的认知水平,更有助于在临床病理多学科讨论中与病理医师更有效的沟通,有条件的医院可遴选基本功扎实的临床医师进修学习肝组织病理学,由临床医师和病理医师共同阅片完成诊断。

Abstract: Liver histopathological examination is an important method for the etiological diagnosis of liver injury. The pathological changes of liver diseases are characterized by“one cause with multiple consequences”and“multiple causes with one consequence”, and accurate diagnosis requires the combination of clinical and pathological methods. The basic knowledge and skills of liver pathology help clinicians to learn more about liver diseases and effectively communicate with pathologists during multidisciplinary discussion. If conditions permit, hospitals can select clinicians with solid basic skills to participate in liver pathology training, and clinicians and pathologists should obverse the microscope slides together to improve the quality of diagnosis.
