摘要: <正>1病例资料患者女性,70岁,因"间断性上腹部不适伴发热7 d"入本院。查体:体温37. 5℃,余未见明显异常。辅助检查:AST 36. 6U/L,ALT 20. 6 U/L,GGT 47. 2 U/L,ALP 107. 9 U/L;胆碱酯酶8418 U/L;总蛋白73. 9 g/L,Alb 39. 6 g/L,Glo 34. 3 g/L,白球
