Value of percutaneous transhepatic choledochoscopic lithotripsy in treatment of hepatolithiasis

  • 摘要: 肝胆管结石是我国常见的一种胆道良性疾病。肝胆管结石的治疗很困难,一些复杂的肝胆管结石患者经历反复多次手术治疗仍难以获得满意效果,如何提高肝胆管结石的治疗效果是胆道外科医生所面临的重大难题。目前外科手术仍是治疗肝胆管结石的主要手段。经皮经肝胆道镜碎石取石术作为一种微创手术治疗肝胆管结石受到不少胆道外科医生和肝胆管结石患者的青睐,并且逐渐占据肝胆管结石治疗的一席之地。对经皮经肝胆道镜碎石取石术治疗肝胆管结石方面的进展进行综述。
