Measurement and clinical significance of activating transcription factor 6 level in peripheral blood in patients with chronic HBV infection

  • 摘要: 目的了解慢性HBV感染者外周血活化转录因子6(ATF6)水平,探究其与临床指标的关系。方法选取2016年3月-2019年2月在昆山市第一人民医院就诊的慢性无症状HBV携带者(ASC)、慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)及乙型肝炎肝硬化(LC)患者各20例,收集同期20例体检健康者作为正常对照(NC)。应用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测NC、ASC、CHB及LC组外周血白细胞ATF6 mRNA水平,分析其与临床指标的关系;采用ELISA法检测NC及CHB组血清ATF6蛋白水平。计量资料多组间比较采用单因素方差分析,进一步两两比较采用LSD-t检验; 2组间比较采用独立样本t检验。结果 ASC、CHB及LC组患者的外周血白细胞ATF6 mRNA水平分别为1. 99±0. 70、2. 12±0. 75、1. 97±0. 85,均明显高于NC组(0. 71±0. 26)(P值均<0. 05)。ATF6 mRNA表达水平在不同HBsAg水平、HBV DNA定量、转氨酶水平、HBeAg定性及TBil水平各分组间差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0. 05)。CHB组血清ATF6蛋白水平明显高于NC组[(7....
