摘要: <正>肝脏血管瘤是肝脏最常见的良性肿瘤,以海绵状血管瘤最为常见,肿瘤90%为单发,仅10%为多发,生长缓慢,可无任何临床症状,通常在非特异性腹部不适的检查过程中被偶然发现,临床症状主要以上腹部疼痛多见,发生破裂出血罕见。随着影像学技术的发展和普及,检出率有显著提高,但在临床工作中,影像学表现不典型的肝血管瘤的诊断仍存在困难。本文
