摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,52岁,货车司机,因"间断乏力、腹胀10年,加重伴发热、尿黄、腰痛5天"于2018年9月27日入住吉林大学第一医院治疗。患者10年前无明显诱因出现乏力、腹胀,就诊于当地医院完善相关检查后明确诊断为"酒精性肝硬化",未治疗,未戒酒。5年前因呕血于当地医院行食管胃底静脉曲张套扎治疗后好转出院,出院后仍未戒酒。入院前5天患者无明显诱因出现发热,体温最高达39. 8℃,应用退热药后体温可降至
