Research advances in drug therapy for advanced primary liver cancer

摘要: 肝癌是目前最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率及死亡率均较高,大部分患者确诊时往往为晚期,失去手术的机会,预后差,此时以药物为主的内科治疗成为晚期肝癌的重要治疗手段,主要包括化疗、靶向、免疫、中药及内分泌治疗等,综述了晚期肝癌药物治疗的近年研究进展。Abstract: Liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors at present and has high incidence and mortality rates. Most patients are in the advanced stage at the time of diagnosis and thus lose the opportunity for surgery and have poor prognosis. At this time,medical treatment focusing on drug therapy becomes an important method for the treatment of advanced liver cancer,including chemotherapy,targeted therapy,immunotherapy,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and endocrine therapy. This article reviews the recent research advances in drug therapy for advanced liver cancer.
