摘要:
<正>药物性肝损伤（DILI）是由于药物理化性质和宿主因素相互作用所诱发的肝损伤[1]。其发病机制复杂,临床表现多样,部分可慢性化,还可发生自身免疫性肝炎（AIH）或自身免疫性肝炎样现象,甚至导致肝衰竭,给诊断和治疗带来一定困难。本文报道1例自身免疫性肝炎样的药物性慢加亚急性肝衰竭成功救治的患者,以供临床参考。
